the only thing I got here was the frosted animal cookie blizzard as far as the taste - it's pretty fantastic - the ice cream is super sweet and really does match that frosted cookie flavor really well. my favorite part of this was the actual frosted animal cookie pieces - there's a ton of them, and they're what you'd expect - I will say I'm quite impressed about how even the ones at the bottom managed to stay super crunchy throughout
the part that I liked less was the price. firstly, i asked for a small while trying to order the smallest flavor - but because the names of the sizes weren't on the menu I unknowingly ended up ordering the second smallest flavor - the smallest is actually called the mini. if this had been made clear I would've asked for the mini instead - something to keep in mind for the small blizzard, this ended up costing about 7 dollars, which is just pretty insane. You can get a McFlurry at McDonald's for about half that. Simply way too overpriced

Read moreGreat to have in the neighborhoodbut every time I order the same thing for my child, the price is different by up to a couple of dollars. And why can't I just order him a simple cup of vanilla soft serve? It's not an option but should ver added to the menu. I have to either order a cone in a cup without the cone or a sundae without a topping. But, seriously, the price can range from $1.90 to $3.94. I asked why, a woman told me how to order it so it's consistent but, despite being well meaning, she was incorrect. It still doesn't translate with other staff. Also, the telephone number on the receipt doesn't go to a survey as the receipt suggests, it goes to a full answer machine.
This is a relatively new spot and I'm sure they'll get it together but they should bring in an advanced trainer with vast experience from other locations to get the team pumped up...
Read moreWow- This location is nothing short of a complete nightmare EVERYTIME. It looks like they’re super busy but in reality, it’s because it literally takes them 15-20min per order/car. Pull into drive-thru at your peril. Once you do, there’s no way out, so you’re committed. Don’t judge the line like you would any other fast food restaurant. Use the 10X rule. e.g. If there are 5 cars in line, it will take you roughly as long to get your food as if there were 50 cars in line at McD’s. In fact, if you’re driving by this location and craving some DQ- do yourself a favor and drive to Redmond location. You can thank me when you’re driving back by with your food and all the same cars are still...
