We were very unhappy with our experience. I had to leave our ring 3 separate times because things weren’t fixed that we paid for. I got my ring resized and the gold has holes in it. It’s not smooth. There was a prong on the top of my ring that was loose that was causing my diamond to be loose and it looks like there is a stamp on my prong from the tool that was used. The last time I got my ring back there was a diamond missing on the bottom side of the ring. You guys did replace it but the man that did it added a piece of gold to secure the diamond and now that piece of gold that he put their snags every piece of my hair when I run my fingers through my hair. Haven’t been able to even get inside just to buy some silver coins and bars because the first time we went by and the store was closed because they didn’t update their house online or on the building and the second time we called before we went and they told us the we’re going to be open and to come by and when we went by there’s a note on the door saying they changed the hours for certain days and today we go on a Monday and now this guy opens the door and says “mondays” are for private appointments only and so I’m just going to go get my stuff in Austin or Dallas from a business that wants my business and actually cares about...

This business had a 1863 liberty Seated Dollar On an eBay auction. When I noticed the listing got pulled, I called the shop and asked them what happened. They told me the coin had been involved in a home invasion and that the police had contacted them and they had to hand it over. A few weeks later, a coin dealer who collects Seated Dollars ends up with it in his collection. Why wouldn’t this business just tell the truth that they made a deal with another collector?
