Head Hunters Smoke & Vape Shop — Local services in San Angelo

I’ve been to this smoke shop several times since they’ve opened and never have I had a problem until this time. I like that they have you try the vape after you pay for it to make sure it works etc. However, I tried the one I had just paid for and it was nothing but smoke! No flavor whatsoever! I told the sales guy and all he could do was tell me that that they’ve gotten several complaints about that particular brand so basically I was gonna be stuck with it. He never even offered for me to try another one of the same brand/flavor. If this is the case, why even bother having their customers try it before they leave the store? Kind of pointless if you ask me. So I do have to say, I will not be going back to this smoke shop again! I’ll keep taking my business to Create-a-Cig instead! At least I know there, they care about the service...

I've been coming here since day one. But ive noticed the customer service has gone way down. All I did was ask if they had any samples of the Thc-a flower? Dude behind the counter gets all pissy at me for asking. I mentioned how one of the managers usually is cool and opens a sample if one isn't out on the floor. He proceeds to tell me well im not him. Okay? Then gives me an explanation that has nothing to do with me. I even told him its strange how The other store provide samples and you guys don't? He was just giving me a hard time for no reason. Maybe I caught the guy working on a bad day? Not exactly sure. Not just this guy though. Theres a short white girl with glasses that works here that gets an attitude all the time for no reason. I guess I'll hit up the other...

Awesome stuff , but my 1st visit wasn't the best. We were cutting it close to closing time but had time to get there and get what was looking for. All to hear, sorry if not here at close, u can come back tomorrow. Letting person n charge know if was after time, it wouldn't be no more then 5 mins after. Nope. Next day, called spoke with management at that time. Was told one thing, get there and what do you know.. Total opposite of what was said. Not only the we felt rushed and uncomfortable.
