I had an issue with my files system not allowing my PC to boot up but Bryce was NOT going to allow that to stop me from gaming . I had also asked for help with the spaghetti of cables I made in there and He not only got my computer to successfully load back up with no data loss, he also cleaned my system and made all the cables cleaned up and pretty. My system looked as if it was brand new again. Additionally to show how exceptional this shop is, Bryce also fixed an issue with my case fan LEDs not turning back on so he gave me a free hardware upgrade by replacing them with Corsair fans and Fan controller. Disappointed in their service. Brought my 55 inch TCL and it took almost 3 weeks for them to look at it. They called me saying the tv would need specific LEDs since the screen went all black. As usual it states it takes 3-5 business days to get parts. Another 2 weeks passed though and they said they cannot fix it and that they do not know what the problem is so they had me come pick it up. So eventually I came to pick up my tv as I found it odd they “couldn’t” fix it. 2 1/2 year old tv. Upon getting it back i noticed the screen was messed up! They claimed i brought it with that mess on the screen and I assure you i did not bring it to them like you see in the picture!
