7-Eleven — Local services in San Antonio

Was just at this location a few minutes ago. The clerk at the counter (older white lady) was super rude to my friend and I when there was a miscommunication on which big gulp is 89 cents. After not knowing we had grabbed the wrong size, the lady tried to force us to pay for it. We told her we would get the smaller ones and she then proceeded to yell at us “oh so now I have to waste $6 worth of product?!” I told her again that I didn’t know until she said something, she then got upset at us again and was trying to then make us pay for everything including the other drinks! I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and have NEVER had this type of experience! She needs some training on dealing with situations and...

the employees at this location are helpful in so many ways. I washed my money order not realizing until it was too late. After the fact,nor proof of purchase. I didnt have a serial # . So they searched their videos surveillance to the time and date. Gave me a copy of the transaction and I was good to go. Without them taking that time and effort I would of been up the creek. Thanks 7- eleven employees who assisted me. You know and I know who you are....We still have good people...

Awkward location there is an island preventing entry If traveling westward.You must make a left onto Blanco; then left into an entry point for the gas station. But, you must be mindful of the traffic headed up Blanco. That's what earned them a 3 star rating by me. Inside, the store is clean and shelves and coolers are well stocked. The overnight cashier is quite friendly. Makes you want to visit...
