Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

On 1/3/2018 I had ordered pizza from this location it was 2 hours late; I was given a coupon by delivery man which indicated Free Large pizza on next order due to it being delivered 2 hours late. I then ordered pizza again the next day on 1/4/2018; however I paid for it because I had misplaced my get free large pizza coupon. Needless to say again delivery was late and my order was wrong I ordered stuffed crust but was delivered hand tossed, ordered a medium cheese lover with pepperoni but no pepperoni was added. I called the manager on 1/4/2018 in the evening to not complain but to enlighten her about the errors made on top of being late for second day in a row. Well today I called this Pizza Hut on 1/6/2018 in attempts to order free pizza that was not only given to us in a coupon but also verbal redemption by manager on 1/4/18. Well let me tell you George the General Manager or at least that's what I was told his name is lacks very poor customer service skills and should not be managing any workplace perhaps that is why continual errors with messed up orders are made. I attempted to explain to him as to why I was ordering a free pizza. He told me "you can order and pay for it, I dont have to listen to you BYE", and then hung up on me. I attempted to call again to speak with him, he hung up without greeting on the phone. DEAR PIZZA HUT THIS GUY SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT BE ON YOUR TEAM. Also he made it clear that he was the general manager with a sense of entitlement in speaking to customers as he pleases. I could have added I am a nurse but that's neither here or there, but of course I couldn't because he was talking over me and not wanting to listen. I've been a loyal pizza hut awards member for 18 years and order pizza at least twice a week, and no pizza hut has ever messed up my order, or been 2 hours late with delivery. ORDER ONLINE AND HOPE YOU GET A GOOD DRIVER that's my advice if you plan to order here. I base this on my last 2 experiences. Last week I ordered a pizza salad, and drink. I ordered online2 hours before I needed it. My number was off in their system by 1 digit. Said 219 instead of 210. But this is San Antonio, aand in the 3 years I lived at this address that never stopped a driver (using common sense) from figuring it out and contacting me anyway if they had trouble finding my apartment. I honestly was unaware of the issue. But this driver blamed me for not finding the apartment and gavr me my cold pizza, wilted salad and WRONG drink with a coupon for a free pizza but eithout bothering to apologize. Fast forward to tonight. I trued to place my order online but eas having issues with the system. I then called the store, was transferred and put on hold several times and even told, "we don't deliver there after dark. " What?! It was 4:15 when I called. I mentioned at the top of the call that I wanted to redeem my free pizza and not until they rang it up did they say I had to do it online! So that phonecall was not only infuriating but a collossal waste if my time. I made one last effort to order online, this time successfully. But even though the coupon said no purchase required I was forced to order $7.99 in other stuff to get it delivered. Thankfully this driver didn't have an issue finding the place and was courteous and friendly instead of surly and unprofessional like the last one. That's why he got a tip...

READ READ READ! DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL GET SICK. We went to Pizza Hut this time instead of Domino's and I will not return. The cashiers hands were dirty, nails long and dirty, both that was their smell like poop and the one with dirty hands smell really bad is taking my pizza out of the oven and cutting it and boxing it. I'm hoping the one in the back that made the pizza has clean hands at least. The place itself is not very clean and smells bad too. I was really grossed out and felt like I was in the ghetto area. I will be surprised if I don't have bad stomach sick illness after this pizza. We will definitely not go back there, there was a guy coming in-and-out looking for a little baggy, I guess with "stuff" in it that he dropped and someone waiting for a cab in the lobby, which is fine I see that being good she doesn't wanna wait outside. But the service we got was really not that good and the quality and the way that they dress themselves wearing the company's name was very unprofessional. I'm editing my post because I want to add that both me and my Husband got really sick from the pizza. When we ate it it was still raw. I put it back in the oven to cook more and then ate. That night my husband got sick to his stomach and the next day I did and vomited from it. Never again will we go back. Just spoke to my friend that was very sick on Friday and she said she had Pizza from this location too the day before...DO...
