Burmese Foods — Local services in San Antonio

I was surprised to find this place in San Antonio. Young lady behind the counter was pleasant. She was surprised when I presented my purchase. She asked if I was sure that's what I wanted since the packaging was all in Burmese and opaque.

She was surprised when I spoke her language and thanked her for her question.She had a good embarrassed laugh.

The selection is good and the owners are willing to help you choose. You would need to know Burmese foods. Try it even if you don't know. There are plenty of online sites offering info on dishes and how to make them

Burmese food is a cross between Indian and Thai flavors. Lot more seafood than either.

Their location is bad but easy to get there. Prices are a bit considering...

This Asian market has everything you need – fresh product , dry foods , and a wide variety of snacks. If I ever visit San Antonio, Texas. I will definitely come here to shop. They offer many Thai products such as snacks, chili pastes, and ingredients at reasonable prices.
