Worst experience Iāve ever had. Front desk girl was a little friendly when we got there. We had to fill out paperwork because my daughter was a new patient. We did all paperwork needed then was called back by one of the staff members. She was very friendly MORE friendly than the whole staff. Dr checked my daughterās vision dilated her eyes and looked at them 20 mins later and said your eyes are good. No other conversation just follow up in a week. Went to the front desk to check out and get her glasses done. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. No one helped out with looking for a pair of glasses. My daughter found a pair she liked I went back to the front desk and they began to charge me didnāt ask what I wanted to add I had to ask about scratch resistant. I felt rushed. While waiting for them to charge me. The Dr came out with a different family and was happy and laughing and talking even gave the mom a hug. I was surprised I felt like they just wanted to get rid of us. I had to ask asked if they were going to fit her for the glasses? Girl came from behind the counter pulled out the binocular looking machine and said okay your done. NO follow Up appointment made but they sure didnāt forget to charge me. I paid in FULL not the 10% to get started is what the other lady said I can do as if I couldnāt afford it. Before I left I made sure to cancel my sonās appointment I would rather go a little farther to the McArthur Park one where the staff is friendly and Dr even more thorough. Iāve never felt so uncomfortable and rushed. Hopefully my daughters glasses...

Were ordered 7/31 and came in twice with manufacturer defects and finally was advised by staff to change to a different frame. Picked a much less costly frame. Asked for the difference they said no only could offer a credit. The second pair came in with a manufacturer defect and at this point I was super upset. Honestly the staff never would call me when frames came in and everyone there had attitude when me or my son would come in. At this point I call my VSP insurance and guess what they said no mam they havenāt re filed the claim and we can definitely can get your money back! Which is what I wanted in the first place! Finally got my money back yesterday and my son just picked up his fames! Took two months and never again will I go to this place. Basically they wanted to charge the Pradaās sell me the cheaper frame and pocket the money! Even exchange is what they saidš¤¬. Nope...

Back then, the lenses were "almost" what I needed, but I felt glasses worked better for me when it came to clarity and comfort. Recently, the folks at Encino Vision Source let me know about a new astigmatism lens for bifocals, which is what I had been looking for a year ago, but back then, the technology was not yet there. I went today, tried on the brand new lenses and based on "day one" the lenses are providing me with the same clarity as glasses and the comfort level is amazing. I can't even feel them on my eyes. Dr. Diana Gonzalez-Flores was, as usual, easy to talk to and was filled with information about the new lenses.
