So Seoul — Restaurant in San Antonio

The flavor of the drinks was great. However, the customer service experience was disappointing.

One of the staff members handed us 3 out of the 4 drinks, then began preparing the next customer’s order before completing ours. We waited patiently, and when I asked politely if there was a problem because we were still missing one beverage, her response was simply, “I’m still working on that one,” with no acknowledgment or apology. Once she did hand over the final drink, I mentioned that I had requested jelly. She replied that I hadn’t. I showed her the receipt, and she didn’t even then believed me and said the had to check the system, she confirmed I had paid for it, and added the jelly. However, she then slid the drink across the counter to me without saying a word — no apology or acknowledgment, so rude. I have a photo of the staff member, if that helps identify her. It’s disappointing to have such a negative interaction, especially when your product is genuinely good. Unfortunately, this kind of service makes it hard to want to return.

Update: was able to get in touch with owner and she apologized for the behavior of this employee, which I really appreciate so I’m rating...

I’d been once before and had a good experience, but unfortunately this was not the case today. I walked up to the counter and was not greeted by the worker there (dark hair with dyed blonde pieces and glasses) and when I asked a question about the drink she looked and spoke to me like I was stupid. Once my mother who was with me told her that he behavior was rude she got upset and pointed at my mom and said “you’re being rude for telling me that i’m rude!”. They should change their name to SO RUDE, don’t ask questions or the person at the counter will yell at you. All I asked was what was golden oolong, I wanted to make sure it wasn’t Tumeric as some places add that and call it Golden, and first the nice young girl told me she didn’t know, so I waited for the older lady to finish making a drink and she barked at me and spoke to me like I was a child.
