Update, this place has gotten worse! Starting with the staff that greet and seat you, not friendly at all. We were uncomfortable with our seat, and when we asked to move, we were immediately told there were no other tables, when I pointed some out, the waitress was slightly irritated and said, "Let me check" and left. She returned 2 mins later and said from a table away, yall can move over here and walked away. We moved, then waited again to get our drinks. When we placed our order, the waitress showed more irritability and agitation because we asked for extra sides and condiments, and she would sigh loudly. We waited 41 mins to be told our order is coming in about 10 mins. After 15 minutes, the waitress told us again about 10 more minutes. When the food came 15 mins later, 1 order out of 5 was correct. 3 of the orders were somewhat of we ordered, but the sides were all incorrect or never came. The 5th order was completely incorrect. We were given a breakfast plate when the order was a hamburger. The waitress said just take this, and I'll go check on your burger. 10 mins later the waitress returned and said our burger was given to another table and asked for it to be done again. When we asked for the correct sides, they would come in 20 minute increments, and by an hour and 40 mins, we asked for the burger to go. By 2 hours, we still didn't have a burger. As we were getting ready to leave, I asked the manager if my burger was ready and the cook started yelling, "give us 4 more minutes!" There was also hair in the utensils and the coffee tasted like dirty dish water. Several other customers had their drinks and left because the wait was too long. Another when asked if they needed anything else once they got their food said no, we don't want to wait another hour. I and other customers asked to speak to the manager. When he came to talk to us, all he said was sorry, let me check on your food and walked away. This was the worst experience I've had and do not recommend. Read moreWe were greeted by the hostess (Shavad- probably spelled that wrong) 08/09 - awesome guy! He offered us a booth or the option to wait for a table. We weren’t in a hurry so we decided to wait. He was honest and said it was going to be a wait. We didn’t mind. While we waited a waitress (Yvonne) came to check out a customer and immediately after she went directly to the hostess and told him in a very disrespectful tone “ to be mindful of there only being 5 waitresses on staff and he should not be putting people in certain areas since customers are starting to complain about the wait time” he calmly tried to tell her that moment was not the time to discuss that since we could hear what was going on but NO SHE KEPT ON ! This guy kept his cool and walked away as we watched her follow him and continued to talk to him in this manner. We were seated with Cassie. She was absolutely sweet!! Kind and very tentative! She as well mentioned it was a busy day but she would get us our food as soon as possible. We watched how the restaurant moved and how people worked. We saw the restaurant manager was telling the hostess which tables were open and where to seat ppl. Sooo our question was why the hell does Yvonne come to the hostess ? How come she can’t go and take that same tone to the manager? We watched the hostess treat everyone with the same respect that he showed us and we appreciated it.. Yvonne..needs to understand that if she has a problem to discuss it away from customers especially if it’s with a coworker. Read moreHORRIBLE customer service. I ordered curbside, my son is disabled so it’s not easy for me to unload both my kids take them inside then have to load them back up while Carrying food. We’ll arrive after my pick up time and call the number on the sign. No answer. I call again, over and over for for the next 15 min. STILL NO ANSWER. I finally get fed up unloading my kids and myself go inside then they don’t even have my order apparently It’s “missing”. The lady who’s half a** attempt to help me wouldn’t even look me in the face then when I say you could at least look at me while I’m speaking to you says she “can’t hear” which I’m assuming she meant she couldn’t understand because her English was very broken. Which in no way do I have any problem with her not speaking proper English, but there should at least be somebody at the front of the restaurant who can resolve customer service issues when they arise, instead of making the customer feel, ignored or disregarded. I am never one to complain let alone leave a bad review, but the experience was just overall horrible. At this point, I asked for the manager who was nowhere to be found. The server had to call him and literally hand me her phone to speak with him, which was extremely unprofessional as well. Then they go on to tell me that they cannot refund me because I made the order online. I’ve spent all this time here dealing with nonsense while trying to keep my son calm and I’m still leaving with 2 Hungry upset kids and no refund....
