Panda Express — Restaurant in San Antonio

This place downright sucks. Their staff consistently rude, impatient, and seemingly whisper into the speaker that's been clearly damaged for at least a year, so I always havta go up to the window and give my order there. Then, to their dismay, honestly never fails, they'll rush you thru your order impatiently without repeating it. They've messed our order up at least 7 outta the last 10 visits. And that is NOT the worst part...the place is constantly out of meat! Like for real, not joking. Anytime between 630p til closing, they may or may not have meat. We even tried finally ordering thru the cumbersome app thinking surely it wouldn't let us order something out of stock but no...you just end up getting there and they've either replaced your item with something of their choosing or simply removed it from your order all together. Is quite frankly my least favorite fast food restaurant in the city. I truly wish my significant other didn't like this place so much cuz for the price, hassle and inconveniences, I can't seem to understand his repeat orders despite my disdain for the entire experience EVERY TIME I come here. Maybe they should do better in their new hire trainings as well because Inglhave never even seen the same employees again, yet they all behave similarly ambivalent and uninterested in their actual job with sub-par customer...

In the past, we'd go to this location, my mouth truly water, we were close by, so we decided to buy form this Panda Express location, at Bandara Rd. and 410. 10/26/2022 at 8 p.m. The young lady informed us of the many items that they don't have, we didn't take notes, so when we asked for an item that she'd already told us that they didn't have, she made sure the we knew that she'd already told us that they didn't have that particular item, she quickly and rudely told us, that she'd already told us that they didn't have that item, leaving a bad past in our mouths, I put my vehicle in reverse and slowly drove away. as we started to leave, I could hear her ask after a pause, if we wanted her to repeat what she'd said before, we didn't respond, we just drove away. I like the food at Chick-fila and the fact that their employees were raised to have good manners. Panda Express has changed what I think about their entire franchise, the parking lot was full, so not having my money is ok, I won't be returning to this location, the food is ok, but there are other places thats good or even better than Panda Express. It's difficult to trust fast food workers to begin with its nearly impossible to trust them when...

This is my normal go to place to American Chinese Cuisine. Most of the time, this place is busy. I always check Google Maps to see the busy hours live. I don’t like going through the drive-thru. I prefer going inside the location to see how the food is presenting and look. Sometimes, it depends on the cook to have crispy or soggy Beijing beef. If the food doesn’t look appealing, I just simply walk out and cut my loss. Other than that, the staff seem attentive and pleasant. Sometimes on the rice or noodles, they skimp you on those options. Make sure you ask the staff to add more noodles or rice and then, you get your entrees. Another tip, if you see long lines inside the establishment, just look at the staff. If they are running around like crazy, this means that the drive thru lines is busy, and food is waiting to be cooked. Another reason, a customer or 2 might be ordering 10 or more plates because orders over the phone are not taken or the customer didn’t call at all. I try to avoid these situations all the time.
