This literally has been the absolute worst shopping experience I can think of ever!! First off, it's nothing against the store. It is about a specific employee. I would provide his name but he was wearing no name tag or anything that even said he worked there. Taller, clearly starting to bald, fingerless like bike rider type leather gloves on. He was so extremely rude and disgusting. I went in to make a return. Yes, it was quite a few item's but it was all in the bag neatly with the receipts. It was never even unbagged. It was literally just a change in plans with my company having to purchase the items. The gentleman first started by giving me attitude when I asked how I was to do the return as this place is self check out. After I told him what I needed, he processed to tell me that I really needed to go back to the original store that I bought them at because it was going to take too long to do it there. I told him it was okay. I didn't mind waiting that I could look around. Then he argues with me that he doesn't understand what I'm trying to do an exchange or return. Again, I said a return. As he starts taking the items out of the bags, he questions why I have 2 transactions. I said the sale items I purchased were not ringing up correctly so they had to do 2 separate so I could get the right price. Now he gets mad again and tells me "oh no I can't do that here because our system won't pull up the receipt. I said I have the receipts. After he tells me he can't do the returns on those he starts putting the items back in the bag and shoving them back at me. I said ok well then I will just take the few items which was only a few dollars and just keep them. That he could continue to return the rest. Again, he questions me why I can't just take them back to the other store. I said that store is clear across town and I am here to return them. He has the audacity to tell me "you drive all the way to that store to but them then you can drive all the way back to return it." I was livid. I was not going g to bidge.on him doing his job. As he begins to rudely scan the items, he literally tells me that he was having a great day til now, and this was going to count negatively on his sales and look bad on him. I could not believe how he was treating me. All the while, I was not rude to him a single time. I looked everywhere to find another worker or manager. This is highly unacceptable. Not even including the ughs and eye rolls and other annoyed noises and attitude he gave. I would really hope other people don't get...

What a surprise of a store! Being that it is a newer location it is still very neatly organized. If I'm not mistaken this store is part of the Dollar General Brand of stores with a more modern look. So the merchandise is basically the same. The prices are not rock bottom cheap but you can still find inexpensive items. The strangest part was checking out. They have one main center island that's labeled self-checkout. However you can still be helped by an employee if need be. So it's a weird set up but it works. Though it would be extremely hectic during busy times as there is no clear indication of where to line up. But all in all its a small but spacious location and is really convenient for quick shopping....

I stopped at the store after my VA doctor appointment. When I entered and grabbed a cart one of the male worker got on the microphone and requested a security scan. There was only two other people in the store. I picked up a couple of things and while checking out I informed the female clerk I was looking for Halloween items but didn't find what I needed. As I was exiting the same male clerk approached the female clerk and asked her with a agressive tune 'what did she say'? I this is not the first time I have been racial profile but it gets tiresome.
