Okay, so I went to HEB to do a favor for the company favor. As I was doing the favor I was going to grab some eggs for myself and the favor also had eggs in it. I approached the self-checkout started to check myself out and without saying much to me, the manager, female Hispanic with glasses, just grabbed the eggs real quick and walked off with them while saying only one egg per customer. I protested and said I'm two people I'm doing a favor. So I grab my stuff from the self-checkout and walked over to the 15 items or less line marked number 4. I figured since she took my eggs I'm going to make them do the work instead of me doing the self checkout. Then I thought to myself no I am two people right now and I have proof. So I went back and grabbed the eggs. I have every right to go get two eggs being that I am two customers, the favor/myself. The cashier which I expected, then told me I couldn't have two eggs, so I explained to her that I was two people. The manager came back over and told her it was okay go ahead and ring him up. After I paid for the favor, I was ready to pay for mine. And, I'm not sure if they are assistant managers, or managers, but two more men walked over that work for HEB that were associated with the Hispanic manager. Ryan was one of there names, came over and started it back up, and started asking me questions, and telling me I can't yell and I told him I wasn't yelling I had raised my voice. I told Ryan you need to go away the situation has been D escalated and you're starting it back up. They needed to listen to what I was saying, and that I had proof that I was two people right now, and it says one per customer. I was two customers and I had proof, but they wouldnt listen. So Ryan and I started yelling at each other. They kick me out of the store, followed me to the parking lot continued to yell, and called the cops. I would like to actually go to court about this if I need to, I believe one of their masks was off, and also I'd like to review the footage and do a step-by-step, but something better be done about it. I'll go back to the store and we'll have it out again until the right thing happens, and until the right thing happens about this we're going to keep on. I am a veteran, and I just lost my son in July. Imagine if they did this to someone who had no self restraint such as Ryan, who is one of your managers. They had to hold him back. Today 7/9/21 again I have purchased frozen dinners only to find again they have thawed and refrozen. The noodles are clumped together and the boxes show they have been wet crushed and froze again. This has been going on since the new freezers were installed due to the renovation of this one out 3 HEBs I go to. On Thousand Oaks in zip 78247. There should be some kind of compensation for this unhealthy way of storing perishable food products.

7/23/21 I'm done with the HEB on Thousand Oaks. The Brook Hollow store is operated like it should be. Check your self checkout is done for you. Employees pay attention to you looking for products and help you without asking. Straight answers, case in point: The Hill Country tuna & chicken salad is discontinued per deli personal. I have known institutions that treat costumers badly, discriminate and disrespect costumers in such a vulgar way but they won the NOBEL prize there. As a costumer I have been attending to make purchases there for a long time and I realized that the corporation of HEB must teach workers not to discriminate based on sexual orientation or race, which is a serious violation of laws in this great country. There are several workers in this place, specifically, they are few professionals and they behave in a rude and disgusting way without knowing that many of us have high professional levels.
