Two days ago, I came in to purchase a neon yellow joy-con set. First of all, I live in kerrville, which is an hour away from this store. As soon as I got home, I opened up the product to find that it was only one yellow and a red, where as it was supposed to be two yellow. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but to top it off, the red had significant heat damage. (Melted in several spots) I first contacted Nintendo and they recommended that I go through the retailer who sold it to me. So, I called the same store I bought it from to make sure they would exchange it before I drove another 120 mile trip just for this. I asked them if I’d be able to exchange it with it being different colors and physically damaged, and I was told that it would be fine. So today, 02-02-2019 at 3:00, we walked into the store, and headed straight for electronics to get the product for exchange, the associate working back there was extremely nice, but once we got to the front returns area, we were immediately greeted with suspicious looks and questions. Four seperate associates were called up just to tell me that they were not going to exchange because the serial numbers didn’t match. But that’s the problem, obviously somebody returned this once before and someone didn’t do the job of making sure the product was resealable before doing an exchange and marking it as so. So we are now suffering because of it. I was treated like a criminal and a liar, and was shown that this company clearly has no concern for their customers. Never shopping with...
Read moreI used to like this target but not anymore after my last visit. Last time I went on January 1st at around 7-8pm and was checked out at 9:07pm by a cashier named Adrian. My boyfriend and I’s purchases gave us one of those promo cards you get for using the app if you spend a certain amount on money on specific items. It was worth $15 and my boyfriend told me that it looked like Adrian scanned a gift card but gave us a different one and he did it in a way where he was trying to hide it. He told me this after we left target and honestly I didn’t really think to check then and there if there was money on the gift card because I didn’t believe that would actually happen. When we got home and checked on the target app it kept saying invalid gift card. I also checked the receipt because I learned that the receipt has the numbers of the gift card and they were completely different from the gift card we received. I tried calling customer support and was not helped at all. I haven’t gone back to that target because it’s not near me and really I don’t care to get the gift card replaced at this point. I just want to write it out so that target security and managers can check the check out lane cameras at 9:04-9:07pm on 1/1 and see that this Adrian cashier is technically stealing from us. I don’t think it’s fair to know that he might’ve done this same thing to other people and could continue doing it to other people. These are photos of the receipt and the gift card that was given to us, completely...
Read moreTarget at LaCantera I wanted to get store credit for a couple video games I bought my husband for his ps5 since it’s been over 90 days and well I dont Have the receipt. The disappointing part is not that they said they couldn’t do it but rather the reason. They were questioning the legitimacy of the packaging and said they couldn’t be held accountable for copy right laws (what in the world?) these games were in their original packaging and sealed, one had a tiny tear which I didnt Notice until the girl kept tugging at it and probably made it bigger herself. And the reason why my husband didn’t open and use them is because he’s been buying the “digital” version whatever that means. Anyways the manager (Sarah with tattoo sleeve) said to call corporate which I find ridiculous. Never have I heard of a manager suggesting we call corporate most hilarious thing. It’s ok I love Target and will continue to shop there just not this specific one, it’s always dirty and messy anyway. I’m disappointed that they were insinuating they were open or we did something to them, not the best way to treat...
