Had Mary Orozco do my hair color. Since I’m growing out my gray hair I felt time to get a trim and I wanted silver high lights I asked if she could do this and after washing my hair with purple shampoo which was recommended by her on the third day my color changed very drastically to a golden color. I called her and told her this happened and she ask I come in to see the color. When she saw the results she told me she didn’t understand why this happens. Instead of asking me to redo and she said she had to bleach my hair and now I have very short hair and still have orange looking hair and above all this she made me sign an affidavit and she wanted me to give her a list of medications. And also pair her another 150.00 dollars. Now I have orange hair and shorter hair and I’m going to find someone who can correct this nightmare.
