Whataburger — Restaurant in San Antonio

This isn't the first or the second time this is the third or fourth time that we have ordered from this place we always ask for our food to be freshly made made the order including our fries we live 30 seconds down the road so it's impossible to go from the store to my front door and the buger is going to be freezing cold as well as the french fries I brought this to the manager's attention and he refused to place our order on another day because our family was already eating the cold food that we had being the fact that our situation wouldn't concern him or any of the employees at all especially when you're limited to what the Lord puts before you but if I only live a half a minute away from the restaurant My food should still be nice and hot or at least getting warm no we all opened our food and we're stunned that our food it was cold again and this is repeated from the same store I really do wish that they would up their skill retrain the employees to do things made to order fresh like it should be That's what Whataburger is about freshly made burgers freshly made fries not cold food going out You lose your customers for cold food You gain customers for having nice hot food and good service The lady that served us didn't even put on a smile her demeanor was meh and dull and did not put our order the way I requested You're supposed to put customer service first and smile when you're representing the name brand and the restaurant is complimented for its service and burgers and a customer's letting you know the burgers are going out of style and because of your serving it cold instead of hot think about that...

Great staff, great food! This is the king of fast food, hands down. You get what you pay for, and it's definitely worth every penny. Just make sure you bring quite a few of them and you might even need to get the stickies out the cup holder (wait a minute, that nickel is a dime just separate them.... Now I got enough ...lol..ooooops and make sure that's only one twenty and not stick to another one either.. Your killing me smalls....lol but I'll die happy and full....They always have a limited edition burger or shake that is definitely worth trying... Download the app for extra savings...I say all that in good fun, truth is the cost isn't anything harsh it's actually quit fair for the quality and amount of food your gonna get, a real man's sandwich, and also did i mention the fountain drink machine is in the dining area.... NICE! not even our other fav is doing that anymore... Take notes.... Not you Whataburger, I mean them from y'all.... It's little luxuries like these that most people growing up, that are around my age and older, got to enjoy, and it adds a touch of homely freedom... Like who doesn't wanna get brave every now and then and add, maybe.... some Sprite to a Coca-Cola to knock it down a little... And boy is it delicious.. Just like you like it! Whataburger is my personal #1... But everyone's got their own opinion, so who cares! Peace! Hmmmmm Whataburger... Sorry Homer, you can keep the do-nots...i want the triple-patty all day... Enough talk is burger time......

When I went to Whataburger today I went through the drive-through and the lady there was being really rude after I left a pet checked my order and saw that it was wrong so I went inside to have it remade and There was an older couple that went up to the counter asking for their food to be remade as well because it was incorrect just like mine and one of the workers there We’re being really rude to them after they politely ask them to fix their order. They were also being rude to me after I had asked for my order to be remade as well. We asked for orders to be remade because there was a mistake and the workers at the drive-through were Handling the food with bare hands after handling other peoples money and credit cards at the drive-through. It was very unsanitary and I had let the worker know That we didn’t appreciate our food been handled in an unsanitary Manner And the rudeness towards the elderly couple and He said he was Ok And he believe that he was still right that it didn’t matter how the food was handled.You would think they would do their job Not me rude to make smart remarks too customers who are polite. Please be careful when coming to this location. I’m Never going...
