Mini Tacos CANTARITO — Restaurant in San Antonio

This place had always been good when me and my husband have gone but this time around was the worst. I was craving mini tacos so we went through the drive thru and ordered to go. When we got home I uncovered them and started adding the cilantro, salsa, ect.. well when I started to grab a taco I saw a hair right on top of the potato that was in the middle, so I'm thinking 🤔 maybe it was mine so I pulled it off. It wasn't til when I started eating my second taco took a bite and pulled away from my mouth that there was another hair, long for that matter! And this hair seemed like it was cooked with the meat because it was mixed in. Right away I got sick to my stomach because the food had all this hair. Pissed me off actually because why the hell is their hair in food when they should be wearing hair nets when preparing or prepping food... right away went back and took it to them, they offered to make me something else or another plate but I refused and got my money back. They didn't seem to concern about it, as I walked away and I see them talking among themselves smiling. Well they just lost this...

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant.

We ordered our food and we’re told our total was 23 and change but when we get our receipt it shows a different amount. 24.53.

No, it’s not much but we noticed “SVC $0.66” We asked the girl who helped us what the .66 cents was for and she started acting like she didn’t know. She then claimed that the credit card company goes into their system and automatically charges the customer a fee for paying with card. CLEARLY you can tell it’s added on like a menu item.

This practice is ILLEGAL. Restaurants do not have the right no automatically charge you a fee because you’re paying with card.

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) issued certain guidelines to prevent the violation of consumer rights in restaurants.

The food is good but the portion vs price is a tough one. I've been going here for the late night cravings since my favorite place isn't open late. Their quesabirra are pretty good but lately the portion of the consume is way smaller. Their cali burrito and the regular burrito (both carne asada) are a hit or a miss. Don't get me wrong, the asada is really good with good seasoning. They just don't add enough meat to justify the price of $10. My favorite place, their burritos are huge huge with plenty of meat and other stuff for around $15-17. The burrito here are either too skinny or have a bunch of lettuce to make it look big. The hot dogs are pretty good and at a good price. Their Al Pastor is a miss for me. Doesn't have a good flavor. One thing I would highly recommend, is their agua frescas, especially the cucumber lime. The 3 leches are nah, seems store bought. It's a good place for late...
