About a month ago my son came for mullet with a fade. The hair stylist did her best but could not do this type of haircut. Instead we received a standards boy haircut. I went home and showed my husband and a called back to tell them we were unhappy with cut. Two young ladies at front, one who was nice and reasonable (tan complextion) asked we wanted to comeback and correct it either with the same stylist or different one. We came back and sat with the same stylist, this time she took too much off and proceeded to cut his hair into a blow out or fohwalk. We even came with pictures this time around with what we wanted. Well the stylist really screwed up his hair. She was very nice through out and tried her best. Best customer service from her even though we didn’t get what we wanted. The second front desk girl or manger was rude, in capable of reason, antagonistic, gaslighting like crazy. She finally asked what I wanted and I requested my money back. She preferred to argue and listen to respond rather than listen to understand. She even stormed off saying I can’t handle this. I’m 7 months pregnant so I should not be arguing like this with very inexperienced manager or front desk.( light complexion front desk and lite eyes very unprofessional attire). I received my money back and another hair stylist came over to me and reassured me and calmed me down after being attacked rather than heard. Hairstylist are great for typical haircuts and professional but don’t ask for anything fancy. Front desk can use some professional etiquette training. We...

Due to unexpected traffic, (it wasn’t even on my gps) we were late. we called at 2:06 for 2 pm appointment to explain and apologize… and they said, very rudely, if we showed up we would have to be a walk in. We felt horrible, like they were swamped with appointments and walkins and we inconvenienced them. We walk in at 2:10…. There’s only one kid getting his haircut and two stylists. The free one refused to see us unless their 2:30 was a no show. So she sits there for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES doing nothing while we are trying to keep our 13 month old happy. I can understand if he needed a big cut or something but it’s his first cut, it shouldn’t have taken more than 10-15 min to trim his hair. The 2:30 appointments both show up late, and they still don’t fit us in. They wait until TEN minutes after those appointments show up (one of which is clearly only going to take a few more minutes since the boy is just there for a trim and she’s using the electric buzzers), to tell us they can’t fit us in as walk ins today. I would have said ok had they treated the other late people the way that they treated us, but They didn’t. I mean between her choosing to sit there for 25 min doing nothing when there was only one customer and them making an exception for the other people who didn’t even explain or apologize for being late, I was so angry. I would rather drive another 20 min round trip out of the way to go somewhere else than give these people my business. I still can’t believe they...

I’ve came here for the last year for the location convenience . I’ve only had 1 other bad experience and it was with the same stylist. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and it was a horrible mistake. My kid has absolute gorgeous beautiful locks and we have always had it long, surfer style. I showed Kassandra how I wanted his trim to look, just trimming his hair out of his eyes. I’m extremely specific and picky about his hair. I told her I did not want length cut off and did not want his bangs above his eyebrows because the last thing we wanted was a bowl cut! She cut all of his hair off!! He was asleep so he was in my lap and I couldn’t see the DAMAGE she was doing! My son gets frequent photo shoots and will not be qualifying for them with this haircut!! I almost cried! I had to laugh to keep myself from crying! His ears shouldn’t show with a surfer haircut. Which I specifically asked for. Hair grows back but it was just horrible to tell someone what you want and have them cut your kids hair for into a BOWL!!! If you don’t know what you’re doing, ask! My kids adorable regardless I’m just so upset. Plz look at the pics. The pic of him running in overalls is literally minutes after his last haircut from a different stylist who listened to what I wanted. Obviously finding a new spot.
