Okay the technical came to my house and came out of his truck with no mask! Now, normally this would not be a problem other than right now we have a deathly pandemic. Yes, I’m talking about Cov19! So I decided to call the store and spoke with an employee David. I advised him of my concern and all he could say was we do temperatures checks? Really, the tech goes from house to house and deals with multiple customers! We can’t gather for holidays or go any where without using a mask! This should not exclude the techs from being safe!!! Next, time the Sb store should be responsible and understand this is a serious mistake and not just apologize for possibly being the company that allows there employees to not wear masks because the techs feel hot!
