The Tint Factory — Local services in Loma Linda

1st Time - I don't know what to say, this place has always been amazing for me everyone and my family as well, this is my 4th vehicle done by them. Unfortunately this time though it was horrible, the tint looked liked a 5 year old with a razor blade cut it at the top, not only there wasn't a straight edge anywhere, there were also gaps that went from 2 inches to 1/2 inch ON THE SAME WINDOW lol, every window was like that, 2 weeks later there are bubbles everywhere.

2nd Time - They changed the tint on the windows, but 1 window had glue left between the tint and the glass, the other one was scratched, got an appointment for 2 weeks later

3rd Time - The owner himself took care of it and the windows look good now finally. I wanted to get my windshield tinted to keep heat out. Normally $130, I asked them for a discount considering I have had to come down here 4 times and a month before I can get a decent job on the tint. I was told they would discount it to $120.... Really a $10 discount after all this???? Yeah I told them no way, honestly I felt insulted.

UPDATE 05/09/2015: Thought I would give the guy another chance so I took my wifes new Accord down there, he immediately came out and was confrontational (even with customers in his lobby and frankly I was embarrassed for him). He said "Will you leave me another bad review", I told him that if he did a shitty job of course I would, he refused to work on the car because he was worried about another bad review. Obviously the guy has is not confident in his skills! BUT turned out to be a blessing, went down the street to Tint City and got FANTASTIC service, the guy wasn't surprised to hear about my complaints with Tint Factory. WASTE OF TIME AND $$$. Found this shop on yelp and decided to give it a try. We had texted about pricing and it seemed a little high but I figured the quality of their job would be worth it. I came in, we discussed tint options, and the guy in the front (don’t know his name because he never introduced himself) told me he was gonna check out my car. I did have some left over tint which was no bigger than 3 inches on the rear windshield and he made a big deal about it. He told me since it’s in a really “difficult area to reach” it’ll cost more to remove it and that instead of taking 2-3 hours it was possibly going to take all day. Which is insane since I got there at 9am. I figured I could remove it myself and come back another day, he said it was fine as long as I leave a $60 deposit. I decided to go somewhere else and I loved it! They are a mobile tint company and have EXCELLENT customer service!! Super friendly and on time! They removed my old tint without any complaints and said it wasn’t a problem at all!! I even had another vehicle tinted the same day and they threw in the strip on the windshield for free!! This was the worst experience I ever had with a tint shop. The owner/ manager ( AKA Cesar the thief )did a horrible job and couldn't even match the tint with all the windows. There was bubbles everywhere and he had no pride in his work. I went back to refund my money and Nicole and Cesar refused to give me money back for the horrible job. To top it off, he had the nerve to call the police and tell them I had a gun. The police arrived and delayed my time and the officers time. If you want a horrible job on your tint and the police called on you DO NOT COME HERE. This guy deserves to go out of business.

On a positive note Tint city the shop right next the crook shop (tint factory) corrected the problem for me . I give tint city 5 STARS!!! Stay away from TINT FACTORY and the crazy owner / manager (AKA CESAR the THIEF) who wants to fight his customers and call police . He is not man enough to fix...
