I reserved a full tux rental including shoes and they are charging me 170. Considering you can buy one for around 200 it seems too unreasonable. I called in letting them know if I can just rent the shoes only, since it’s all I really need and the lady on the phone didn’t want to help. I proceeded to talk to her boss and she claimed they can’t do that since what if someone else needs them. This doesn’t make any sense since I had paid a deposit and reserved the tux including the shoes already… full tux rental or not the shoes are reserved for me already so I don’t understand why couldn’t she help me out.
