Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Florida

Not happy!😔 I've LOVED the food in the past but tonight was disappointingly AWFUL!!!! I went through drive-threw and parked. There weren't any napkins so I had to fumble around for something to wipe my hands. Took a bite of my sandwich and the meat was burnt and cold. I looked inside and most of my lettuce was chopped white chunky parts that I wouldn't serve my guests! My two pickles were on one side if my sandwich with my bacon and I had one ring of onion, though that did seem to be in the middle. It's late and I'm tired so I put it back in the bag and decided to eat my chicken strips that I had ordered extra gravy for. The container is relatively small (but yummy), it was mabe HALF FULL, no worries I had paid for "extra" so I opened the other container and it had LESS gravy than the first one. Grrr!. Ok the portion of the fries were a joke, so i had enough! This wasn't worth my hard earned money or the time that was wasted getting it. I would have gone inside and delt with it, if I hadn't already spent 13 hours on my feet! The manger was kind enough to offer a re-do on my food, not with standing I declined. Now it is 40 minutes past the time i wanted to be home and happy leaving one of their competitors with hot fresh food. I gave them 5 stars for the other times I've visited about a year ago, And by my memory it was yummy and great. I believe in second maybe next...

My son and I have been coming to this location for the last several months on Sunday nights and typically have a good experience, however this week we came on Monday night. The staff was extremely rude, the young girl behind the counter acted annoyed that we were ordering food, and then threw the bag of food on our table when it was done. The food was undercooked and the onion rings were raw and cold. After eating, I went to order us ice cream and the boy behind the counter was also extremely rude, annoyed that I actually wanted to order something, no personality, no "thank you", absolutely NO customer service at all from anyone working that night (3/22/21). I spend at least $50 a week in this location, and it would be nice if my food wasn't...

Got the $6.00 meal pack. Cheese wasn't melted on burger. Would rather the cooks take a little time to melt cheese - in fact burger wasn't that hot. I'd rather wait for a hot juicy burger with melted cheese than a tepid burger with a slice if unmelted cheese. Received two blizzards as part of my order. Young lady making the blizzards messed up - didn't read order or didn't understand what was wanted. Not a hard job, but get it right for the customer! Place was cleaned, but floor around the drink station was very sticky. Bathroom was well maintained. Young man at the counter was nice, knowledgeable and pleasant while making small talk when taking my order. I'll go back and check to see if they've taken care of problems I've brought up...
