Soko Soko is a refreshing new Japanese restaurant in the White Oaks area with lovely decor, great food and a really friendly staff. The owner Stephanie, has chosen beautifully colored dinnerware and glassware, that is really shown off against the neutral decor. And the dining chairs? Comfortably upholstered, unlike many wooden and metal dining chairs that seem to be the norm in San Carlos. Now, the food, very, very good. I loved the skewers! Really tasty. And even beyond that, all the ingredients are fresh. You can tell when you taste it. I particularly enjoyed the signature maki. They are not overpowered by sauces.
