I had the pleasure of attending a class hosted by Sylvia, and I can confidently say she was absolutely incredible! From the moment the class started, Sylvia's energy was contagious — she kept the atmosphere lively, engaging, and fun. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also took the time to make sure everyone felt comfortable and confident in their learning. Sylvia was always approachable, friendly, and willing to answer any questions, making the entire experience feel personal and supportive. I truly left feeling inspired and ready for another class! She’s an amazing instructor, and I would highly recommend her class!

I started classes three weeks ago and was received with open arms by the community here, having recently moved from Mexico and feeling lonely. For me, this is my safe space to better my physical and emotional health. The instructors always give me the necessary support to improve in classes, and all of the women that attend the classes create an environment full of empathy. I am happy and excited to continue learning and being part of this community 💓🌸🥳

I love taking classes at Studio Barre Mission Hills. The studio is adorable, staff members are always kind and helpful. Also, the classes are amazing. I never got a Barre instructor or choreography that I didn’t enjoy. It’s a great workout, plus it is really fun. 💪

I love Barre and I want to encourage more people my age to try it. I'm 58 years old. I have generally kept in pretty good shape having been in the Navy for 25 years, but this class is taking me to a higher level. I have tried different classes to include TRX, yoga, spin, and HIIT and I do enjoy most classes (other than spin which is boring). Barre is certainly a favorite--good music, good personal instruction, and many options for class time. I currently only go once per week (not good), but my goal is three times per week. I see how fit the regular attendees are and during the weeks when I've gone twice, I can feel myself becoming stronger, more fit, and less sore. And best of all, I'm working on reversing the butt, leg, and arm sags that come with age and gravity. Thank you Barre! I am certain I will look better in a bathing suit...

Five months ago, I was still pronouncing barre incorrectly (pronounced like “bar”). I learned about barre through a friend, who described it as a mix between Pilates, ballet, and yoga. I decided to give it a try through Studio Barre Mission Hills, and am now obsessed! It’s a fun, fast paced full body workout with emphasis on your lower body and core. I’ve noticed that both my posture and flexibility have improved since starting barre ~5 months ago.

I’ve taken classes with most of the instructors here (Rosie, Eva, Alyssa), and they all have great energy. They also help correct your pose throughout the class. Each instructor and session utilizes similar techniques, but the choreo is different every time.

The studio is spacious and there is free parking in the adjacent lot. Don’t forget your...

I just moved to the area and decided to give Studio Barre a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic workout session.

The instructors at Studio Barre are truly exceptional. They bring a positive and fun energy to each class that motivates and inspires everyone in the room. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, they provide personalized attention and guidance to ensure you get the most out of every session. The studio is always clean and well stocked.

Overall, my experience at Studio Barre is nothing short of exceptional. The friendly staff, top-notch instructors, and welcoming atmosphere make it a standout choice for anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine. I can't...
