i purchased an airmatress Sealy Brand it was defective.At this location staff is very rude unprofessional and needs there DM to visit.Manager didnt know anything about rules or regs nor did employees.I know its right next 2 border but seems like that store customers get treated like less.I went 2 another store in a better social class area and 1 i was greeted 2 staff knew what to do exactly i got store credit and and i also purchased 2 other things and used my discount code.Maybe Angel store manager needs 2 be trained properly as well as Kimberly was rude and unprofessional.I will never visit San Ysidro store again.Before this store was well run but looks like once again they cant keep good employees around for 1...

Been coming here since they opened, last visit mid September 2020 I felt like my son and I were tagged as potential shoplifters. Staff politely asked if we need assistance and I did ask for products but we decided not to buy which probably made us look more suspicious. Associates shadowing us ensued. This was the best place ever, I found many good choices for football gloves and mouth guards, there are cheap ones and expensive ones. All of these were great options but the one thing that stuck out the most was the employees kindness, the gloves that I was getting coasted $50 and then he changed the discount for the other type of gloves on to my gloves and made the price go down to $30.
