GameStop — Local services in San Diego

I went to their online website to see if they had any game for Wii U. The website shows they had a new game for $19.97 and the used game for $34.97. I thought it was kind of weird but I thought OK I’ll buy it. They were the only one in the area that has the game or new for $19.97. I went online and put it on hold and I got the email confirming they have the game. I drove the 14 miles down there through the Christmas holiday traffic only to find out that the game they had was only the used one and they were trying to charge me $37.70 including the tax. Why would I pay that much for a used game when I saw the new one for less and why would I drive all that way for a used game I could have bought at a Gamestop a few miles from my home? That didn’t make sense. What they need to do when they’re sending the confirmation email to confirm they have the item that you’re requesting is to state in the email the price of the item so you know whether or not they have the correct item. It's the closest gamestop to me but usually prefer to go to different locations. I dont recommend pre ordering items if they have a late night release, very unorganized and employees that just seem annoyed, I get it they have to stay a bit late but it was them who called us to come in and then once you show up, tell you to leave because they cant seem to handle lots of guests at once. Could have been 5 stars if the manager wasn't doing assumptions about your Membership during trade-ins. Took 8 good games and got less than $35 store credit, that's the good part and no complains there, but every 2 games was asking me "Do you have a membership with us?"...
