Lady who answered the phone left me on hold for over 30 mins waisting half of my lunch hour just for me to have to hang up and call again to get the same lady. After I asked her for the same product again it’s like she had completely forgotten she was supposed to be looking for my product. Waited on hold AGAIN for another 15 mins for her to come back and ask me for the name of the product AGAIN because she had apparently forgotten how to remember “buck 110” for more than a few seconds. Waited again just for her to come back to the phone 5 mins later and stutter her way through trying to figure out how to explain that the only one they have is a display one, I asked if it would at least be discounted because of that fact and she said she can’t give a discount on it despite it being the display one and out of its packaging and after waisting 45 mins of my time.

TLDR; Staff answers the phone like a child trying to work their first job, takes 45 mins to look for a SINGLE item and then after waisting 45 mins of my time and only offering the display one she can’t even offer a discount. Get someone else for the job, she can’t handle...

My wife purchased me a pair of Nike tennis shoes very similar to the ones I owned for years of which I never had any issues. I used the new Nike's for about a month and noticed that the squicked when I went for my daily walk. Since I am not one that likes to return items, I tried dealing with the squiky noise and even trying washing them in hopes the noise would disapate but unfortunately they didn't. I went to Big Give to return or at least get a credit but they offered no solution stating

because I used them. If I didn't use them how would you ever know they squicked. I had no use for the shoes so I just left them there.

Dishonest store Manager i meet today . I went with my kids for soccer cleats and they guy who was helping gave me baseball cleats which my son wore today for practice and during that his coach found it's wrong cleats so I too back to store with receipt and manager literally said he can't take bcoz it waa used .. I told him your guy gave me wrong item but still he said he can't do anything about this and I have take it back. Neve going back to them after one last visit on Monday to give suggestion to that sales guy .
