I LOVE this company! I found them on eBay and signed up for a vinyl record subscription that has gone on for years, allowing me to build a wonderful collection. I started with classic rock albums, and when I wanted to grow other parts of my collection, they were happy to switch me to classical, jazz, and other genres, always with no hassle. Every month, six records arrive without fail, ALWAYS in pristine condition--and all for just $20! Once in a while, they throw in a free seventh record just to say thanks. In all this time, I've never had a duplicate record sent, and I've never had a single scratched or unplayable album. In the times when I've needed some customer service follow up, Stan responded promptly by email or by phone, always wih a friendly approach, and never leaving me with a need to ask again. Lowballed me on some rare Beatles albums. Be very alert if you decide to deal with this guy. I specifically asked him about probably the rarest and most sought after album from the beatles. He told me it's nothing, just an unnamed album... well my friend, doing people dirty comes with a price. Instead of getting greedy you could have been honest and still made a ton af cash. I needed to find a new home for my 89 year young Mom's record collection! I called Stan on a Monday and spoke to him about my options - he was courteous and honest about what I could sell to him for a fair price. Out of 368 records - Stan bought them all except for 26!!
