This place has been one of my must-visit spots every time I'm in the San Diego area, and it never disappoints! Every dish I’ve tried here has been consistently delicious, making each visit a memorable experience. This time, we enjoyed the spicy pork and fish cake soup, and both were fantastic! The spicy pork had a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty flavors but was less sugary than what you’d typically find at other Korean restaurants—making it feel healthier while still being incredibly tasty. The fish cake soup was an absolute highlight! It instantly transported me back to the flavors of my childhood in Korea. I’ve tried making this kind of fish cake soup at home to recreate the nostalgic taste of the street food I grew up with, but I’ve never quite succeeded. This restaurant, however, nailed it! I was so happy to finally enjoy that authentic flavor again. Beyond the amazing food, the service was warm and welcoming. We arrived just after opening on a Sunday, and despite there being only one server handling multiple tables, she was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive. If you're craving authentic Korean flavors with a cozy and inviting atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit! Whether you’re reminiscing about home-cooked Korean meals or simply looking for a delicious and satisfying dining experience, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend it!

Ginza Sushi is a great place to go for sushi in Rancho Bernardo, CA. The restaurant is located in the Plaza at Rancho Bernardo, making it a convenient spot for both locals and tourists. The restaurant has a modern and sleek interior, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The menu at Ginza Sushi features a wide variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes. I highly recommend the lemon salmon roll and the dragon roll. The lemon salmon roll is made with fresh salmon, avocado, cucumber, and a thinly sliced lemon. The dragon roll is made with tempura shrimp, avocado, cucumber, eel, and eel sauce. Both rolls are delicious and fresh, and they are sure to please even the most discerning sushi lover.

In addition to its great food, Ginza Sushi also offers a variety of sake and beer. If you need help deciding, the staff is happy to help navigate the selections.

Overall, Ginza Sushi is a great place to go for a delicious and authentic Japanese meal. The restaurant offers a wide variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Ginza Sushi to anyone looking for a great sushi experience in...

19nov24 Came in about 2;15 or so ordered a Sapporo and some nigiri; tuna, yellowtail, ikura (salmon eggs) and albacore. Served salmon instead of yellowtail which I did nor eat. (I do not eat salmon unless I trust the place). Tuna looked ok but had no taste ( had better from grocery store), yellowtail did not look fresh (brown on one end), albacore same as yellowtail and ikura was not fresh. Guy behind the bar was waiting tables and taking money With no hand washing in between. He saw me smelling fish and assured me it was ok not fresh but ok. He could have at least cut off the brown parts. I ordered a hot sake and for the first time I think ever did not finish more than 1 cup as it was nasty. I know hot sake is American but I like it I can never remember not finishing my sake.

It took a long time to get my check as he was talking to someone else at a table as in sitting down and visiting and was annoyed when I asked for a check.

I told him his fish was not good and his sake was bad and he said sorry but people like the sake and I said good this one is almost full this is your tip.

Better food is to be found at the Carls Jr across the...
