⚠️ Important Points to Note: Unfortunately, the packaging of the drinks has a tendency to leak, which is a drawback. This issue affected my overall experience, leading to a deduction of one star. Parking can be a challenge in this area as it only offers 2-hour street parking. Keep this in mind when planning your visit. I decided to stop by new place as I felt like having Boba tea. The place is easy to find. Maybe a bit challenging with parking, but if you ok walking a block no problem. The lady that took my order was nice. They had variety of options . You can customize it as you like, with different teas, caffeine or not, how sweet , what flavor, boba or jelly and more. They put the boba tea in this nice cup( reuseable) , has a special spot for straw and cute design on the side. The boba teas that I ordered were honeydew and also the brown sugar.
