H&M — Local services in San Diego

I just had the worst experience in this store. We came from the different city. It was 4 of us and we were trying to buy full outfits for ourselves and our friends. We went to the men section which is located on the 2nd floor. We grabbed several items and wanted to try them on. The associate said the fitting room on the 2nd floor is closed and sent us on the 1st floor. When we came there it was also closed. We went back upstairs and asked the associate why is everything closed. Then we started to try on some shirts and got approached by the lady who was talking to us in a very aggressive manner saying that she will kick us out to try it on and when we explained that the store did not provide any option for us to use the fitting room, she said if you will keep doing that we will kick you out and you won’t buy anything!!!! We felt harassed by her and threatened. Me and my girlfriend started to shake. When we went to the register she was there. We asked an associate about her name and he said Caroline. Then we went to ask her in person she said Marta. So definitely this lady was lying about her name. I have never received such a traumatic experience. I am genuinely disgusted by the sheer quality of employees UTC’s H&M hires!!!!! Just earlier today I went and was waiting in line for the fitting rooms, and I overheard one of the employees flaunting that she had s.xual intercourse with one of the employees!!!!! Their VERY graphic conversation was not only unprofessional, but inappropriate as well since kids were around!!!! Where is management and how can they condone this behavior??? Awful store and even more awful...

I love H&M especially in La Jolla, California! Compared to H&M in Singapore, H&M La Jolla is more attractive inside, more spacious and super organized. I love their fashion and design clothing, with class but very affordable. Quality is so amazing. We love going there especially on Holidays because of big sales. Sales persons are very nice, humble and courteous. I always recommend H&M to anyone. So impressed...
