I came across John looking for irrigation in my backyard - he was very easy to get ahold of and he is a great communicator, which is rare in my experience with contractors - when he came to look at the project, he was very specific as to what they would do - but he went the extra mile and asked what else I was planning on doing for my project - I had been re-doing our back yard for a while and when I told him my plans and that I didnt have a lot of time to work on it anymore he said they would be pleased to finish it for me - and man did they do a great job. Such a great experience with John. We had a strange and complex situation in our crawl space under our home. We had significant flooding from ground water and rain water from last years rains, causing a bit a land slide under our home. After talking with a handful of landscapers and drainage experts, John was clear, concise, and was able to lay out a plan of how to best mitigate our issue in a budget that worked for us. He is present, available, and full of insights regarding a variety of projects.

He helped with our crawl space drainage, set up a sump pump, a drain, as well as put down LOADS of gravel, and helped to stabilize our pylons so as to reduce the risk of any damage done to our foundation or house structure.

I can whole heartedly recommend John's Lawn & Garden for your next project. He was a true professional who provided my wife and I with suggestions and recommendation for our landscaping project. He and his crew took great care in our backyard landscaping project. They installed new sod (with all instruction for proper care to make sure it takes), John recommended concrete landscaping edging to replace the wood edging we had from previous landscaper and we were extremely happy with the end result.
