Kristen at La Di Da is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. I had been dealing with acne for over a decade before I started seeing her, now my acne is completely gone. The first time we met she took the time to ask me what I wanted out of our session and my previous experiences. She then looked at my skin and asked me if she could do something different than the type of facial I had booked since it would align with my skin goals better! I never had someone care enough before to let me know I wasn't booking the right treatments!

Her knowledge of skin in incredible and she will take the time to explains to me in details what she's doing/applying and why. As my skin improves and my treatment changes she always gives me product to try at home so I can see what works and what doesn't before investing in a full bottle of product, which we all know can get expensive. On top of that, she never pushes for me to buy products, she makes recommendation on the products she knows but says the most important thing is to find a product that makes YOU feel good regardless of where it comes from or the price point.

Overall I always look forward to my next treatment and think it's worth...

My first time being sugared here (and first time ever) was with an esthetician who is no longer at the spa so that review would be irrelevant here. I wanted to give the spa a second chance and Mimi accommodated me with Kristen.

Kristen Bowman was great! She was really sweet and informative and I specifically loved that she had a hospital/nursing background. She did a great job at explaining sugaring, as-well as the aftercare. I did bikini sugaring with her.

About 2 weeks later my hair still hadn’t grown back so I decided to go a little further in and came back for an exaggerated bikini and was squeezed in for a last minute appointment with Karen Kim before my trip. Karen was great, very sweet and informative and her technique was very gentle which allowed me to go even further in to a Brazilian session.

I’m very glad I gave La Di Da a second chance. The staff is great. The place is kept extremely clean. I specifically love that they make us wash our hands before we even enter the spa. And most importantly the sugaring results...

I was traveling from Ohio and had very little time. Booked my appointment for the next day but couldn’t arrange for transportation and called them the minute the opened trying to cancel. Of course completely refused to cancel my appointment because they simply wanted to charge me anyway. I kept calling them and they simply chose not to answer because they could see my number but the second I used my husband phone they immediately answered my call. Anyway I simply ended up taking an Uber and the lady simply took off half of my eyebrows completely gone and I didn’t notice it until I got home. on top of that did only half of my face. All they cared about is taking your money! Disregarding whtever situation you are at. She could have atleast acknowledged that she by all mean ruined my eyebrows but of course why would she do that. Will never go back there. Think before you book with them because they will immediately ask for your credit card information in case you came to your senses and decided to cancel they will end up charging...
