My experience with this apartment complex has been notably different from that of most other residents. Due to personal circumstances, I had to vacate my apartment earlier than planned. I informed the management via email (Subject line: lease ending procedure), asking if I needed to be physically present to return the keys. They responded but failed to provide any information about the required process.

When the time came, I was told that I had not initiated the ENIV process and, because of the delay, I would be charged rent for an additional 20 days at a rate of $82 per day. Despite this, I politely explained the misunderstanding and requested they reconsider the charges. Instead of resolving the issue, things escalated—now, they insist I must pay for an extra 30 days, even though the initial claim was for 20.

While I understand we all juggle multiple responsibilities and can occasionally forget details, it is the management's duty to provide clear instructions when I first informed them of my planned departure. They justify their rigid adherence to policy by citing fairness to other residents, which is reasonable, but I know exceptions should be possible in cases where tenants stay beyond the allowed timeframe as long as they are getting rent. All I have to say is WOW and not in a good way. I walked in needing to use the restroom and the SUPER RUDE female looked at me like "What are you doing here", she didnt greet me politely or at all and didnt smile. I asked if there were any other restrooms other than the one outside in the pool area and her reaponse was "No, are you a resident?" All snooty with a dirty look on her face like Im beneath her usual clientele. I was interested in looking into living here because I am visiting someone here but my number one rule is STAFF need to be polite, respectful and professional, this female lacked everyone of those. Simply for that I would never even consider looking here. I know Im not the only person who feels that way so if you want to be treated as a person and respectfully with kindness.... dont move here.
