It may be a nice lively/friendly place to bring your pup at certain times of the day/evening... But it was completely empty when I brought my social guy there on a Weds night just before dark. With all the University & Medical folks around this area, I guess I expected a bit more flex-schedule visitors? Regardless, this wasn't the only shortcoming. Now, if I lived nearby and we could walk here... it would probably a great lil spot to have around- particularly for small dogs, as the space isn't too large. But it's definitely not worth a 20-25min drive (or even 10-15min to ME, compared with all the other larger options still)... so thank goodness we were already in the neighborhood for something else! 😅 Again, probably great for those who live right across the street, and an extra plus if you have a small dog who can get in quite a few steps around this fairly-small fenced area... but not what I was looking for to give my 80lb socialite a good time 😣 And for such a lovely/upscale neighborhood, I guess I didn't expect it to be just a solid dirt patch... right...

Cons: no water fountain, every bag dispenser is empty, mulch camouflages poop, potential for bigger dogs to jump over the low fencing, transit overhead noise, only 1 side of the street...
