La Jolla Colony Park — Attraction in San Diego

Every time I've been here, I've seen many many people walking/jogging. Often with their dogs. Location isn't ideal (right by the freeway), but even with the noise, every time I've been there, the air's felt fresh. Maybe that's different over the summer.

Clean, quiet, lots of hummingbirds, generous green spaces for the area. There are basic exercise/stretching stations throughout the walking path, as well as benches. It's a passive use park, so no organized sports (soccer games, etc), and dogs must be leashed. There is often a security guard for enforcement, but it's been less of an issue in recent years. This park is great for a leisurely stroll to appreciate the beautiful flowers and peaceful vibes. It could also be great for a good work out when you use each work out station.

Also a great place to bring the whole family when they setup the projector to have movie night at the park. Definitely one of my top ten go to zen spots...
