Used to come here all the time, but my god you’ll need to check what you ordered. I always order takeout and I used to make the mistake of ordering without checking my food, because they will mess up your order 9 times out of 10. I used to pick up my food and drive home to find guacamole when I always make sure to tell them not to add guacamole. Fine, mistakes happen, but after the third time I knew I had to start checking before I drove home. On one night after sending a burrito back after I ordered no guacamole and it was full of guacamole, I drove home with the newly-made burrito and now they didn’t add chicken or fries (I never request for anything else to be added, I seriously only ask for no guacamole) i have never sent anything back anywhere else and because I have to do this every time here, I’m going to stop coming in. The last straw was a few days ago when I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito (didn’t request anything to be taken out this time) and they forget to add the chorizo… In summary: If you order take out, you need to check everything. If they do mess it up and you’re forced to send it back, please double check that even. You absolutely cannot trust their chefs to be able to make a burrito. You’re paying a pretty hefty price for their food and subpar service, so you might as well receive what you...
Read moreIf you don't expect too much, you may come away pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at a Primos location, but I'd do Primos over fast food like Chipotle, Taco Bell, or Del Taco.
I like that their carnitas are well-seasoned and crispy whether packaged in their ultra-greasy burritos or their tacos. Speaking of the "Carnitas Taco," I can't say I dislike it, even if I am slightly put-off by it being drizzled with a glowing-green avocado sauce that resembles radioactive waste. Seriously, the first time I saw that the avocado sauce looked like it had the consistency, shape, and color of neon green toothpaste, I was justifiably concerned that it was going to overwhelm in an awful way, but it actually is a bit light, airy, and not unpleasant.
Breakfast burritos are alright, with scrambled eggs, cheese, decent skillet potatoes, and a meat of your choosing. I'd go with the carne asada one, ask for some pico de gallo and salsa roja (in the burrito itself), and pray the guy putting it together didn't pile each ingredient into separate areas of the burrito, which is known to happen. Again, keep...

I recently dined at Primos, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The main issues revolved around the pricing and taste of the food.
First and foremost, the prices at Primos are exorbitant. A typical burrito, which is a staple of many Mexican restaurants, starts at a whopping $17. In this era of inflation, I can appreciate the need for price adjustments, but it’s hard to ignore that most other taco shops in the area sell similar burritos for a significantly more reasonable price range of $12-$13.
Unfortunately, the high cost doesn’t even come close to matching the quality of the food. The taste was, to put it frankly, underwhelming. I found the flavors lacking and the overall presentation quite uninspiring. When paying a premium, one would expect an exceptional culinary experience, but Primos failed to deliver on this front.
In conclusion, I regret to say that Primos disappointed me with its overpriced menu and subpar food quality. For those seeking delicious Mexican cuisine without breaking the bank, there are better options available...
