This was by far my worst nail salon experience ever, and I’ve gone to nail salons all over the country. I was deceived by their 4.5 star rating. I got hybrid gel, and the technician absolutely didn’t know what he was doing. He was making my nails so badly shaped and thick that the gel was dripping down my finger. His coworkers kept crowding around us and laughing at his work instead of trying to take over and fix my nails. I wasted 1.5 hours of my time here. I even wanted to get french tips originally, but the base turned out so pink (I told him that they would be too pink, but he gave me no other option, and it was really hard to communicate with him due to a heavy language barrier), and he was doing such a poor job already that I just asked him to leave it as it was. The middle nail broke off after 1.5 weeks, which is ridiculous as I don’t even work with my hands that much, and several other nails were coming loose by then. I went to a different salon today (I recommend Caramel Valley Nail Lounge for anyone in the area!) to get a full new set, and the nails all came right off without them even needing to soak my nails in acetone or use any of the electric nail tools (that’s how thick and poorly stuck they were!). I wasted $70 on this set that wasn’t even what I asked for and didn’t even last 2 weeks (I’m super careful with my hands, so my previous hybrid gel nails would last upwards of 4 weeks…). I asked for a discount of some sort since he didn’t even do the french nails that I originally asked for, and they refused. Don’t waste your time and money here on a technician who’s still training!

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I got a birthday coupon for 10% off and thought it would be nice to treat myself to a classic pedicure. I was seated fairly quickly but from there the experience just went downhill. Right when the pedicure began, the attendant immediately started pushing me to add a callus treatment. I didn’t even know what it was for at first. She eventually explained it was for scrubbing the bottom of the feet. I felt pressured and ended up agreeing even though I didn’t really want it. The worst part came when she started digging too hard into my left big toe. I asked her to stop but she kept going and actually made it bleed. This happened on the morning of my birthday so you can imagine how that set the tone for the day. Instead of using a proper antiseptic, they just dabbed on some random liquid and no one even offered an apology. When I went to check out, I noticed they had champagne for guests but no one had offered me even water, not to mention champagne, even though it was my birthday. I had to ask for it myself. Now my toe is swollen and I’m worried it might be infected. This was supposed to be a treat and it turned out to be a painful and upsetting experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I won’t be going back and honestly regret spending any money here. I usually avoid leaving extremely negative reviews but this experience was just too awful to ignore and potentially unsafe.

When you go to a nail salon, you expect warm and friendly service, a clean and tidy technician, and salon-quality results. My experience with Luxe Nails didn’t meet those expectations. My nail technician asked me four times what type of service I had booked and I told her again each time, yet she still tried to pressure me into getting gel nails when I was quite clear that I wanted regular polish. She used an electric nail drill on my hands despite my coming in with bare nails, which I felt was unnecessary and messy because it left little speckles between the coats of paint. She also chose a different color than what I had asked for on my nails, and when I spoke up about it she didn’t remove the incorrect color but instead painted over it with the new one. She was disheveled in both her appearance and her use of tools, which left me stressed for most of the appointment. My results were disappointing even though I did ask her to fix the nails she had left crooked or partially unpainted, and I left feeling as though I had wasted money and could have done an equal job at home. Unfortunately I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place.

Hands down the best spa ever! I will never get tired of going back here again and again because it’s services are spot on. My rate for cleanliness and quality work is 10/10. This place is awesome! Friendly staffs and manager. I usually enjoy my day at this spa with a classic pedicure which is honestly more than you can ask and expect for, for its price. 1) because they will time your foot massage and will even show you the timer to ensure you get the times worth (unlike other spa places) 2) because after exfoliating your foot, they rub relaxing hot rocks on your skin making it extraordinary smooth 3) they provide complimentary drinks (red wine, champagne, ect) 4) the ambience itself is fabulously modeled with great music. 5) You will not only leave this place feeling glamorous but rejuvenated as well. Manicure, I’m never disappointed with the acrylics, just ask for what you want and how you want it and you will get it. Same goes for eyelash extension which I attend here twice every month and I love it. Kristen is very efficient in her work. This place also offers micro blading and permanent makeup, which if you go to their page, you will see how much of a great artist these people are. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt that this place definitely deserves to be recognized and recommended for its outstanding performance. This place is totally worth your time...
