We had an A+ experience with Patio Productions purchase two custom TUUCI Ocean Master M1 center post umbrellas. TUUCI's are literally top of the line and come with a bit of a confusing menu of customizations. Matt gracefully walked us through all the options and was able to counsel us on best solutions as he took the time to understand our needs. They have various lock, tilt and crank solutions for example.

Using separate mast and fabric samples along with viewing other TUUCI's on the Patio Productions massive and beautiful showroom floor we also had an easy time selecting colors. Matt was helpful here too with detailed suggestions. For example, we decided on white fabric. But Matt encouraged us to go with the more off white "Platinum" color as he said dirt and stains are less visible. The pricing was fantastic and all conversations around pricing were 100% transparent. Not a hair of salesiness. Matt was stand up, always replied to my communications immediately, provided white glove delivery of the product on time, and was just an all around pleasure to do business with. I will definitely gladly return to Patio Productions for any future patio needs. 5 stars well earned. I'm not surprised that 100+ other Googlers feel the same way. I had a great experience with Patio Productions. I had been shopping another online retailer patio living and they said they didn’t have color sample to send me for a $2000 table. I found the same manufacturer here at Patio Productions, and reached out by email about samples. Color samples were available for the Ebel table I was looking at (which is great quality) and they sent them at no charge. The table I picked was on back order, and took a few months to arrive. Once it shipped, I received great communications about inspecting the shipment and what to do if damaged. When it arrived, I opened the box and sadly it looked like it was dropped at some point (box looked OK, table corner dented). I reached out and patio productions and the shipper made notes. They offered to replace the table, or offered me a discount to keep the damaged one. (I went with the discount). At every step of the way, and even when things went wrong with the damage they we super responsive and professional-this didn’t feel like an anonymous online purchase, it felt better and more personal than some brick and mortar experiences I’ve had in my own town. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my experience with Patio Productions. Shopping for outdoor furniture exclusively online, I feel so lucky to have found this company! The merchandise is of very high quality, and at amazingly reasonable prices. The selection is enormous without being overwhelming, and the customer service was so superb that I thought I had stepped into a time machine and gone back to the 1950s. Everyone - and I mean everyone - was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful - including the white glove delivery service folks who cheerfully devised a pulley system to haul two sofas, which were too big for the elevator, up to my fourth floor roof deck. I got a lot of stuff - a dining set, a loveseat, a side table, four club chairs, two sofas, and a fire table - and it’s all BEAUTIFUL. It has even been pouring-rained on already, and everything they said about the weatherproof nature of the furniture and cushions was true - it looked like nothing had happened by the next day!
