My interaction with Marie was very pleasant. Rainbow Flowers delivered a gorgeous arrangement, with very complicated delivery instructions (because delivering anything to my friend's place is not great). Marie is very kind, professional, and obviously very talented. She also wanted to shoot for the highest bar, as she should because she's got real talent, but I was still surprised that she strives for excellence. Many businesses just ignore negative reviews, especially if they're already successful and doing well. But Marie runs her business passionately and listens to her customers' opinions. Part of building a relationship with customers is listening to them, and in today's world, a happy relationship is a huge thing for both businesses and consumers. She definitely has my love and respect. I don't think I've ever sang praises like this about a business, but she totally blew me away. If I ever were to have a business, I hope I have just as much patience, dedication, and kindness, especially for a business that delivers flowers that represent love and happiness. Marie has a great business here and I really wish her more success! She works hard and definitely makes the effort. I really, really appreciate her and am very grateful for such a stellar experience.

Overall extremely underwhelming. I think the high reviews are for delivered flowers. I stopped in to pick up some flowers for my mom’s birthday. I asked for a $50-60 bouquet and she arranged a bouqet and charged me $65? I didnt want to argue since it’s not a flea market, if that’s what youre saying it costs im not going to press it. But just seems like a good way to ruin trust with your customer. And the bouquet itself is probably the smallest Ive ever gotten for this price point. It’s my fault for stopping in Hillcrest where I guess it’s more expensive. I have bought many larger arrangements with flowers of equal caliber for the same price if not slightly less. Yesterday I went to Rainbow Flowers wanting to get a special bouquet for my friend who turned 92 today. They are mostly taking orders on line but said they could make whatever I needed. I am sorry I did not get the girls named who helped me because she was amazing. She asked how much I wanted to spend and she took it from there.
