I love getting facials here from Eliza. I'm addicted to the hydrafacial and the long-lasting smoothness it gives my skin, and also go for occasional chemical peel series with her, during which she does an excellent job making me feel comfortable and talking me through the process. She is professional, has a calming demeanor, and is extremely informed on skincare products, and will give you advice based on what you're already into and using, not necessarily trying to push certain product brands (although I did buy one product from the spa she recommended and I LOVE it), just sharing information on active ingredients, how to layer, etc. You can tell she is very genuine and remembers information on her clients so she can ask follow up questions next time, but she's great at reading people and will take the level of chit chat up or down depending on the client's vibe because I always feel comfortable, even in the middle of a...

Read solid reviews about Sente Bella so since I was in town for my wedding, I found a great deal on Groupon and came here for a prestige pedicure and manicure. The front desk ladies were very polite and accommodating as soon as I came in and the place was small but very cute and relaxing. I went to my nail technician Nancy who was very attentive to what I wanted and promptly asked me if I wanted any water or champagne. She was easy to talk to and work with, which helped because I was unfortunately a little late to my appointment and we had to adjust what services I could get in my time frame. I booked a 3 hour session and I live 31 miles away. I had only been there once. When I did live in the area. Nobody told me that parking is only permitted for 2 hours. I asked if I can break up my package in 2 for next time. They said no, and weren’t accommodating to the parking situation. So I had to say goodbye.
