I’ve lived at 600 front for over 2.5 years.

600 front street is an amazing place to live. Location can’t be beat (1 block from grocery store, 5 minute walk to gaslamp, 5 minute walk to seaport, 10 minute walk to little Italy, 10-15 minute walk to Petco Park)

The laundry was a bit of a hassle since it was not in-unit. But for the price of 600 front, you can expect that. Easily the best value apartment building in downtown for what you get/location.

The team that works here is phenomenal as well. George is great with communication and super friendly. He has helped me out quite a bit.

Advertised as non-smoking and I see tenants smoking from their balconies and I constantly smell cigarette smoke when the windows are open. The cost is too high for what you get. The apartments are old and smell old. The security is nonexistent, the parking is horrible and it’s extra either $60 or $100, the laundry facilities are a joke and only on the 1st floor, it’s difficult to move into, the appliances are old, it’s noisy, and my apartment had a lot of things that needed fixed. The cleaning of the apartment wasn’t great. I’m glad I have a short term lease. I could have paid $100 more and got a nicer place with parking included and a washer/dryer. The...

Beautiful apartment complex had an amazing time staying there for almost a year. Amazing pool and jacuzzi, always kept very clean. The apartments are updated and very spacious. You get your security deposit back if you leave the place in conditions. Very friendly staff.
