I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on returning. My experience may however vary from yours depending on who you're getting serviced by.
PRICE:
#2 Pedicure - $70 // base price + gel polish (1 hour) Dip powder - $50 // price + manicure (1.5 hour)
The salon is clean and they follow covid protocols/regulations. Staff is friendly and they have a large selection of polish colors. I scheduled a last minute appointment for Saturday morning and they weren't super busy or crowded.
I made an appointment for a dip powder and pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing and it didn't feel rushed at all. What's more amazing is that, She did NOT cut me/my skin while trimming my cuticles! Which is a huge plus for me. I opted in for the #2 pedicure that was listed in the services book which I believe was either the luxury or ultimate pedicure. I feel like I got my moneys worth and wasn't skimped out on anything. The pedicure was pretty much spot on an hour long service and my dip powder manicure took about an hour and a half. The gentleman that did my nails was gentle and also did NOT cut me while trimming my cuticles. His shaping was also on point plus he didn't forget to put cuticle oil when finished.
Their services book and online services when scanning the QR code looks a little different, so make sure that you are confirming your prices. The lady that did my pedicure made sure to confirm my pricing for both of my services before they started on anything which gave me piece of mind, I appreciate that she communicated it with me before hand. Both of my services were done at...
Read moreI came here for the first time, I was looking for a regular manicurist nearby. Before that I read the reviews, there were a lot of positive ones, so I decided to come in. Manicure was done by a man, removal of the old coating was quick, then he immediately started the coating, until I stopped him and asked him to cut the cuticle, he cut from the top, after he saw that I was looking at the nails, he started to push back the cuticle and cut normally. He applied the coating with splotches and drips, trying to fix with more coats of varnish, but it didn't work. Tried to use two colors, but that didn't help either. I asked him to fix it, but it felt like he didn't understand what to do or how to do it. We ended up changing the color to a different color, but the same story happened again. I didn't say anything, I just wanted to leave. At the cash register, I paid without leaving a tip, as I believe that for such work to leave a tip is not worth it. My nails look worse than the ones I came in with originally. Severely over-sawn, drops of nail polish and different shapes. It's a shame for the time spent. Not recommended. The last picture is the nails I...
Read moreI tried to explain to her that I only wanted nail art on two of my nails and the rest in color. This is what she did to me...
I try to explain multiple times during the process and after that this is not what I wanted. Unfortunately they were not the technician working on my nails kept smiling and nodding and acting as if she understood exactly what I was asking for however at the end when I saw what she had done I couldn't believe it.
When I raised the concern to my technician that that's not what I wanted she immediately got defensive and loud and refused to offer any kind of correction, discount, or even a simple I'm sorry. Although I wanted not to pay I felt intimidated and felt like I had to so I quickly paid the$25 for absolutely nothing and have to go to another nail shop.
Be aware before you get anything done here make sure they know exactly what you want and that they actually understand how to do it. I am definitely not coming back here and urge everyone to be cautious the whole experience felt shady and...
