I am at GInseng Studio almost every day. Regardless of the time of day, the class style, or my own fledgling abilities, your faculty has been consistently impressive. They clearly care about addressing a disparate level of ability, always providing options of how to make poses appropriate. They clearly care about the physical, intellectual, and spiritual development of their students and strive to explain the interplay of these elements in any given class or style of yoga. They clearly care about their own practice and are passionate about being powerful yogis.
I have taken classes with Bhava Ram, Laura Plumb, Adam Meyerowitz, Rachel Dragonfly, Susan Marcus, Dhyanjot, Laura Dasi, Angela Boes, Jano Galindo, Robert Hammill, Elka Haeckel, Heather Stants, and Jennifer DeMarco, and I commend them for the passion, compassion, and professionalism they display.

Also, the incredible teachers here are unsurpassed in knowledge, skill, commitment, rigor, and integrity to the true path of yoga: Jano Galindo, Heather Stants, Elizabeth deLozier-Barr, Laxmi, Shawnee Thornton Hardy, Sarah Clark, Jennifer de Marco, Denise Massey. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have sustained me during COVID, before, and I know...
Read moreSouth Park Yoga is a warm, non-judgemental space the welcomes all ages and all levels of yoga. I feel grateful for the expertise of the teachers, the generosity of the owners, the inviting physical space, and the sense of community. I love getting to connect with neighbors before and after class. This is a very special studio. There is something for everyone. Make sure to ask the desk staff which type of classes you prefer or check out several different teachers. I love the more challenging classes, like Jano's vinyasa with a sanskrit chant and Heather's expressive, flowing vinyasa where she offers a variety of levels. Her dance flow is a joy, for yogis looking for a creative new experience. I also adore the nervous system reset in Saira's yin and nidra. If you enjoy community, you will love...
