Thread + Seed - South Park — Local services in San Diego

I've never been in the store but was shopping online (due to COVID-19) and bought The Ria Ribbed Seamless Brami. The top was great quality, super cute and extremely comfortable - probably my favorite top to wear all day everyday. But what really blew me away was the customer service. I utilized their online chat system on the website and Melanie was so exceptionally helpful and so kind!! She communicated with me through my whole order (had some minor issues with trying to figure out sizing and using my gift card) and waived my shipping cost! She even offered to wait for me to try on the top after personally delivering it to my home to make sure it fits. It was just above and beyond customer service. I always have a good experience when I come shop at this cute place down the street from me, but this holiday season everyone went above and beyond and I had to write a review. I still needed a Christmas gift for my mom and I decided to do in-store pickup from Thread + Seed the day before Christmas Eve. After I placed my order, I got a text that some of the items I had ordered were out of stock, and when I called staff happily suggested other items for me to replace the ones that were out. They were in communication with me all day and listened to what I was looking for, and the shopping experience felt very personal. It could have been annoying that what I wanted was out of stock, or that I couldn't get my mom what I wanted, but I ended up being so well taken care of, and my mom LOVED her gifts! If you are looking for a gift, t-shirt, dress, that is a little bit off the beaten path, Graffiti Beach is a must. Full of all things unique, from Independent Artists, Designers, and local talent, you are sure to find something you will love. In this fun little shop you will find something that nobody else has thought of- for your mom, dad, brother, sister, cousin, bff, bff's new baby; something for everyone! Merchandise is priced reasonably for the area, and every time you visit you will find something new. The owner Melanie has a great eye for what her customers like and her store is as cute and well put together as she is!
