Espresso & Drip Coffee: The espresso here is robust and nuanced, showcasing the quality of Sightglass Coffee beans. Each shot is pulled with precision, delivering a rich crema and balanced flavor profile. The drip coffee, available in 12 or 16 oz servings, features single-origin offerings or the house Communal Drip blend, providing a smooth and satisfying experience. Vanilla Latte: A highlight on the menu, the Vanilla Bean Latte combines house-made vanilla bean syrup with expertly steamed milk and a double shot of espresso. The result is a velvety, aromatic beverage that balances sweetness with the espressoâs natural bitterness.
Avocado Toast: A staple done right, the avocado toast features creamy avocado spread over hearty bread, seasoned with butter, sea salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Itâs a simple yet flavorful option that satisfies without overwhelming.
Smoked Salmon Toast: For a more indulgent choice, the smoked salmon toast is a must-try. It layers dijon mayo, sliced radish, cucumber, mint, chives, dill, olive oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper atop fresh bread, creating a complex and refreshing flavor profile that delights the palate.

Read moreIt was a decent experience, and the drinks we ordered (the Lavender Lemonade, the Pear Ginger Lemonade, Rose Vanilla Iced Latte, and the Lavender Honey Iced Latte) were good. However, I'm leaving a 2 star review for two reasons: 1) the service and 2) the quality/price.
The girl who helped us seemed mostly annoyed that we were unsure of what we wanted (it was our first time, and we stood out of the way of anyone wishing to order). She conveyed this annoyance through her expressions and curt statements as we placed the order. Not the biggest deal, but a contributing factor.
I'm primarily upset that we paid $4 for each of the lemonades and $4.75 for the iced lattes, given their creation process. I was anticipating freshly made lemonade with a house syrup - instead, we watched the barista make the lemonades using standard lemonade from the grocery store and a standard store-bought syrup. For those prices, I would expect quality ingredients that were sustainably made in-house - especially considering I can make Lavender Lemonade myself (and did, today!) for $0.25 a serving that is completely homemade.
Communal Coffee would save money and could better support the environment by perhaps supporting local agriculture through sourcing lemons, pears, and ginger locally and making their recipes from scratch. You can prepare things ahead of time if it's a matter of saving time (including flavored...
Read moreThey were fine at taking my order, however I donât think I will be back here after ordering two flavorless iced cold brews and a very dry GF donut. After submitting my order I mistakenly took someone elseâs cold brew as it was really difficult to discern which drink was what as the barista was sort of calling them out (and they ask for names why donât they just call the name out?). After accidentally sipping someoneâs cold brew and one of the staff notifying me that it wasnât my drink, it took another 10 minutes to get my first drink, and then they forgot about the second one I had ordered so I had to ask again. By which time the ice had already melted⊠I would understand if one person was working and they were busy, but there was no line and 3 people behind the bar. I believe one was training so for that I understand. However cold brew requires no shot to be pulled, literally ice milk syrup concentrate in the cup, should take 3 minutes to make both drinks. I also didnât appreciate how they filled the cup entirely with ice, both drinks tasted very watery and I believe they forgot the orange syrup in one of them, or it was just so bland I...
