HORRIFIC experience. I went in for a chemical peel and was promised that the service I was receiving and paying for would “take care of my skin spots”. After zero results and the commitment made not being met, I called back explaining the lack of results and asked for a next step to resolve the issue. I spoke with the owner, Martin, who was condescending and instructed me to call tomorrow for his wife, Margarita, who would evaluate my skin and offer me “discounted services”. I was frustrated by this response as I was told the original service would solve my problems but didn’t want to argue and agreed. I called the next day asking for Margarita who was “busy” but would call me back. I followed up days later after no call back and never heard a thing as she was once again “busy”. Over a week later I called yet again and got Martin on the phone. I explained what happened and that I would like a refund due to this experience. He was unbelievably rude, proclaimed I would not be getting a refund and that I needed to come in the next day in hopes of getting in front of Margarita who would then charge me for more services. I explained that this was not acceptable any longer due to their commitment made not being met and an inability for Margarita to call me back to even schedule. I asked again for a refund and he then hung up the phone. I attempted to show up an hour later and Martin was conveniently “not available”. I am a very reasonable person... if a service will not perform as promised... please do not make that promise. I am out significant dollars with no results and the worst experience I have ever had at a business like this. Buyer please beware.

Edit after owner response: This experience and review has absolutely nothing to do with with being an educated consumer and purchasing a service on Groupon nor does it have to do with having unfair expectations or failure to use aftercare products. I was told by your staff that the treatment I purchased would cause the marks I specifically pointed out to “go away and vanish”. Your staff attempted to sell me additional product for “if any marks come back so you don’t need to buy another chemical peel”. Making an intelligent purchasing decision and not paying full price using Groupon which YOU made the business decision to offer your services on is irrelevant. I came back to your business looking to speak to you face to face after you hung up the phone on me... and was nothing but kind and polite to the girl at the front desk. Manipulate and lie all you’d like, nothing I have shared or reviewed...

I’ve been a loyal customer to this company for over 3 1/2 years, and I honestly can say, I just can’t see myself going anywhere else, for ANY, of my treatments!! Margarita has been taking care of my skin for the last few years, and that woman LITERALLY has the hands of GOD!!! Ariana said it first when she said God is a Woman!!! And that woman is none other than Margarita!!! I can’t count how many compliments, that I receive on my skin!! I literally was just told yesterday, that I look 20 years younger, from a friend that I haven’t seen in 8 months, after I just had a service done from Margarita the day before!! We’re only halfway through, on my skin journey, and I can’t wait to see what the final product will be!! But the skincare is not all!! My girl also hooks me ALL the way up, with my waxes, and be having my body soooo baby soft smooth, I myself can’t even resist just rubbing myself afterwards😂😂!!! Please check my girl out!!! so coming from someone whose had some of the gnarliest waxing experiences, 11 to be exact... i can honestly say Viva Brazil has made waxing just like another easy thing on my To Do list! the girls are really nice, totally comforting to the fact that i have some crazy hair but nothing to worry about, because they had me in & out in no time & the best part was.. I WAS FREE TO DO WHATEVER I WANTED WHEN I WAS DONE! no down time no pain after i left the room. Viva definitely earned all 5 stars and then some & for anyone whose had some not so great waxing experiences, i would 100% recommend to check them out, they're changing up the waxing game for sure! & ask for...
