United States Postal Service — Local services in San Dimas

I'm thankful there is General Delivery but most people didn't know about that. Well not everything should be given. This is America, learn.. Why not? Education was contributed and distributed by American so there is no reason for us not learn.! Wake up! Where are American good values now?

Just a work. One good example. Most ballots came late. The Presidential election was already passed. It happened to me too so I was not able to vote🤔 But if I can vote I vote Trumph because of experienced and we need strict and not afraid to answer anything while Biden is also needed for peace and hunger. But I wonder, we have two Federal , one has no name and one has name. and most government employee and politicians didn't know that. If we have Two Federal we should have 2 Presidents. I'm sure of that. I will not publish anything that am not sure that we have 2 Federal. Who told me That? God told me. Believe it or not. Amen. In God I Trust! I think that's the Reason why Biden still around. They both needed. It's a big Country.

Just wondering also why these 2 presidents that they like to impeach? I think I know who were there before . By the way why the Government has the voice to impeach instead of the people first that who they serve. Hello this is America and not a communist country. If there is short comings of elected President , they are in position to finish the President's work . What are they complaining about? The American people can suffer from their own drama . Let us Pursue Happiness and support whoever won . It's our own country , why we have to fight? Have some consensus after the voting. Again this is United Country. I just don't want other country to make laugh and question us what happened to your name?

Norma"the manager" gave me extreme attitude. (I am updating my review because I called an hour after my visit to speak with the postmaster regarding my experience and turns out Norma is not even a manager like she claimed to be, she is a clerk.) I got there at 10:38AM for my 10:45AM appointment for my passport. I asked the family of 5 if they were waiting to get their passports as well. In the scheduling system it asks you how many people you are looking to schedule for so that way it can modify how many minutes or hours you need. I didn't think they were going to be helped before me since per individual it's 15 mins & they were 5. I had an appointment at 10:45AM & it was already 10:40AM. Norma ended up calling them in. At 11:35AM when she decided to assist me I let her know I was waiting almost an hour when I had an appointment at 10:45AM & needed to go back home and study. She said the family of 5 that she took before me had an appointment at 11AM but were there early and before me. She said if I was so concerned about time, she said & I quote"why didn't you just leave". When she was taking my picture she said not to smile and look straight that it wasn't a photoshoot. That is the worst customer service I have ever...

There is a very unprofessional mailman working for this post office. Last Saturday on 10th of March, I was supposed to be receiving 3 packages of kitchen supplies from Amazon, but instead of seeing my packages, I found a ripped half page of note in my mailbox saying “packages @ post office”, without even the full information of my 3 packages, or any reason for not being able to deliver my packages. So basically he decided to not deliver my packages because it was too much work I’m guessing. I called the post office today, waited for an hour on the line, until 5:08pm when they closed and no one answered, so I couldn’t even request a redelivery. I’m very upset with the service because I thought I paid to have my packages delivered to my door. If they refuse to deliver my packages when I request it in person tomorrow, I will ask Amazon to send me replacements until they deliver my packages. Also to that mailman who did this: please remember that delivering packages is your job, you are paid to do this. Don’t be lazy because you’ll still have to do it another day anyways. Being lazy for one day is just gonna cause frustration...
