I will not return to this location again. "Autumn" was providing terrible customer service to the lady in front of me and even told her she would be better off using a usps and their flat rate priority mail box, the lady said she didn'twant to use usps and that is why she is using Ups. Autumn was not pleasant.
After 20 minutes of back and forth with that customer I left and returned at 1:pm.
There was a placard that said she was out to lunch until 1:09pm, I asked the clerk at the market register "what time did she leave", she said 45 minutes ago.
I waited to the side about 40 feet away for her return.
At 1:09pm Autumn returns with her drink as a young lady with a package walks up and I heard Autumn say that even though it's 1:09pm( as stated on the placard as her return from lunch) she told the young lady that she cant help her for another 30 minutes as she needed more time for her lunch; Rudely I might add as she sipped her drink.
The young lady left in angst as Autumn turned and sat down with her drink.
At that point I realized that Autumn is a monument to what is wrong with customer service in a retail settings and went to a different ups store where i was taken very well care of. There is no excuse for her to be short, rude and unprofessional to customers at...

Went there today to send a package and envelope because of their location by the cleaners I use and was disappointed. The gal working said I couldn’t send the two items with my company account and had to go to Baldwin Park. I explained I use the other location down the street and then she said they can’t send using my company account because they don’t have the means due to being a smaller location. ??? Doesn’t make sense and so I came to the conclusion that this location employs people that have no clue on what they do. Scott and Denise Forrest need to hire people that have some knowledge on the concept of the business. Yes-This occurred in the Albertsons Store.
Update-The store replied and said I have to open a separate account or print my own labels and have to visit a hub to do this because of fraud. Again, the person who replied obviously isn’t in the know as well. I send several packages of all sizes and weights from UPS Stores across the nation and this is the only one with this excuse.
