Can't say enough good things about mine and my company's experience with AlphaGraphics. I worked with Ray on updating our trade show materials and he was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process.

There was even a mess up on my end where a logo I had applied to a design wasn't a high enough dpi, so it came out blurry on the finished project. I reached out to Ray who responded right away to start working with me on getting corrected materials produced and sent my way. Even with having to get something replaced, the materials arrived within plenty of time before our first trade show of the year.

I went there today to print a letter for Canada visa application. The stuff there at the front desk was so nice, that they printed for me for free. Half an hour later, my friend found that we need another document need to be printed, so both of us went back. They printed 10 pages for us, we tried to pay 5 dollars, but the guy still euphemistically rejected, he said it's just a small case. Their friendness and helpful attitude deeply impressed on me, I can remember sometimes when I try to get something printed, some printing shop may charge me one dollar per page.
